Terms of Service

Version 1.0Effective date: August 17, 2026Last updated: August 17, 2026

BobRouter is operated by BobRouter LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms govern access to and use of BobRouter at https://bobrouter.com. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use BobRouter for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and API keys, and promptly report unauthorized access.

2. Service

BobRouter is an independent multi-provider AI API routing service. It provides API access to configured text, image, video, and other supported AI capabilities. BobRouter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the official service of any third-party AI model provider.

The service depends on third-party AI model providers. Models, availability, latency, features, safety behavior, and provider terms may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific model, or a particular output.

3. Prepaid credits and one-time purchases

BobRouter uses prepaid credits for metered API usage. Each top-up is a one-time purchase for the amount shown at checkout; BobRouter does not currently offer subscriptions or automatic top-up. Current prices are available on the Models & Pricing page and are displayed in USD.

Credits do not expire while the account remains available, subject to these Terms and applicable law. A checkout return page is not proof of payment or account credit. Credits are added only after payment is verified by the payment processor. Taxes, if applicable, are shown or handled at checkout.

4. Usage and billing records

Usage is measured using BobRouter request and billing records. Prices may vary by model, pricing group, input, output, cache, media, or per-request unit. You are responsible for reviewing pricing before use and for activity performed with your credentials.

5. Refunds and billing disputes

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Completely unused credit purchases may be eligible for a refund within seven days. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Contact [email protected] promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, incorrectly credited, or otherwise disputed payments.

6. Inputs, outputs, and third-party terms

You retain any rights you have in content submitted to the service. You authorize BobRouter to process and transmit inputs to third-party AI model providers as necessary to fulfill requests, apply safety controls, secure the service, and maintain billing records. Rights in outputs may depend on applicable law and the relevant provider terms.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. You must review outputs before relying on them and must not treat them as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, harmful or deceptive content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, malicious cyber activity, harmful impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, credential abuse, and attempts to evade service safeguards.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict API keys, models, features, or accounts when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law or provider requirements, address payment fraud, or enforce these Terms. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. Treatment of unused credits will follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and service data are handled. You are responsible for securing your API keys and must never publish or share them with unauthorized persons.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot be supported by the service, including uninterrupted operation, output accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service, law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice when reasonably practicable, and the version and last-updated date above will be revised.
