Privacy Policy
BobRouter is operated by BobRouter LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Policy explains how information is handled when you visit, create an account, purchase credits, authenticate with Google, or use BobRouter APIs.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information, including username, email address, password verifier, and account preferences.
- Google OAuth information when you choose Google sign-in, such as the provider account identifier, email address, and display name returned with your authorization.
- Payment and top-up records, including amount, currency, order reference, payment status, and related account credit. BobRouter does not require customers to send card numbers or payment secrets to support.
- Support, refund, safety, security, and other communications sent to us.
Information generated through use
- API request metadata, model selection, timestamps, token or request units, price, response status, latency, and billing records.
- Prompts, inputs, generated outputs, and related request content when required to route a request, provide image or video generation, apply moderation, investigate abuse, troubleshoot an incident, or comply with law.
- IP address, browser or client information, authentication events, security logs, error logs, and fraud or abuse signals.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, API routing, model access, media generation, usage measurement, credits, and support as necessary to perform our agreement with you.
- Verify payments, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, and resolve billing or refund requests.
- Authenticate users, protect credentials, enforce rate limits, moderate prompts and outputs, investigate abuse, and secure the service.
- Maintain, debug, and improve service reliability based on our legitimate interests in operating BobRouter.
- Comply with legal obligations and valid governmental or judicial requests.
3. Cookies and local storage
BobRouter uses strictly necessary session technologies and browser storage for authentication, security, OAuth flow state, and user-interface operation. You should not block strictly necessary storage if you want to remain signed in. We do not claim to use optional advertising cookies unless they are disclosed and consent controls are provided.
4. Sharing and third parties
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with hosting, content-delivery, email, security, support, and payment service providers. The active payment processor may process checkout and card information under its own privacy terms; BobRouter processes payment status and order records but does not ask you to provide full card details through BobRouter support.
Customer inputs and relevant request information are transmitted to third-party AI model providers selected for routing so they can produce responses. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transfer, or with your consent.
BobRouter does not sell personal information for money.
5. International processing
BobRouter, infrastructure vendors, payment services, and third-party AI providers may process information in different countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
6. Retention
At present, account information, payment and credit records, API request and usage records, support communications, moderation records, and security logs may be retained indefinitely to operate accounts, preserve billing history, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. This means these records do not currently have an automatic expiration date.
We may delete or anonymize records when they are no longer operationally or legally required. You may request deletion, but we may retain information necessary for transactions, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal compliance.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, credential protection, authentication safeguards, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials and API keys confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect compromise.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests from your registered email. We may verify identity and may decline or limit a request where permitted by law. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days where that timeframe applies.
9. Children
BobRouter is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. Contact us if you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Policy as the service, vendors, law, or data practices change. Material changes will be announced through email or an in-product notice when reasonably practicable, and the version and dates above will be updated.
