Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy applies to all BobRouter users, API keys, prompts, inputs, text, code, images, audio, video, generated outputs, and other activity performed through the service.
1. General rule
You may use BobRouter only for lawful, authorized, and responsible purposes. You must comply with applicable law, the Terms of Service, relevant third-party AI provider policies, and this Policy.
2. Absolutely prohibited
The following uses are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content that facilitates harm to children.
- Terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, incitement of mass violence, or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, sexual exploitation, pornography, or NSFW generation.
- Hate speech or content promoting violence or discrimination against protected groups.
- Harmful impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, identity theft, or falsely presenting generated media as authentic to defraud or harm others.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, ransomware, destructive code, unauthorized intrusion, denial-of-service attacks, or evasion of security controls.
3. Other prohibited conduct
- Fraud, scams, spam, deceptive commercial activity, or misinformation intended to cause material harm.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
- Generating or distributing unlawfully violent, graphic, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Representing AI output as qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice where doing so could cause harm.
- Attempting to bypass moderation, safety filters, authentication, rate limits, quotas, model restrictions, account enforcement, or other safeguards.
- Using leaked, stolen, shared, or unauthorized credentials or allowing unauthorized persons to use your account or API key.
- Systematic scraping or harvesting that disrupts the service or violates provider terms.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing BobRouter account or API access without prior written approval.
- Using the service for a regulated or high-risk activity without all legally required qualifications, controls, disclosures, and human oversight.
4. Moderation and investigation
BobRouter applies automated moderation and safety controls to supported prompts and outputs, including image and video generation flows, and monitors usage signals for abuse. Coverage and results may vary by model and content type; moderation does not guarantee that every violation will be detected.
We may review relevant request content, metadata, account activity, and user reports when needed to enforce this Policy, protect people or infrastructure, troubleshoot safety controls, or comply with law. Do not use BobRouter for content you are not authorized to transmit to the service and its third-party providers.
5. Reporting
Report suspected violations, child-safety concerns, harmful impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, compromised credentials, or other urgent safety issues to [email protected]. Include relevant request identifiers and a concise description, but never send API keys, passwords, payment secrets, or unnecessary sensitive content.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, context, and history, BobRouter may issue a warning, revoke an API key, restrict models or features, reduce access, suspend an account, permanently terminate access, preserve evidence, or report suspected illegal conduct when required or appropriate. Critical child-safety threats and credible imminent-harm reports receive priority handling.
7. Appeals
You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing [email protected] from the registered account email. Identify the decision and explain why it should be reconsidered. We aim to acknowledge appeals within two business days and review them as promptly as reasonably possible.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy to address product, safety, legal, payment-network, or provider requirements. Material changes will be announced when reasonably practicable, and the version and dates above will be updated.
